Cancelation Policy

All products are personalised and made fresh to order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded without fault. Cancellations can be made, however a minimum of 2 weeks notice will be required and an exchange, credit note or refund may be offered (minus the cost of any personalised elements already ordered or made for your order and minus a processing fee of 4% charged by Wix Bookings). Orders cancelled with less than two weeks notice will not be refunded and only an exchange or credit note may be offered, minus the cost of any personalised elements already ordered or made for your order and minus a processing fee of 4% charged by Wix Bookings . If your order has already been made no refund, exchange or credit note will be offered and the order will need to be collected at the previously agreed date and time.
