Our Products - Made to Order
All our products are handmade fresh to order in our registered 5* food safety and hygiene rated kitchen. For a full list of ingredients, please refer to the heading "ingredients" under each product listing or for further information on ingredients and allergens please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping & Delivery - Cookies, Brownies, Chocolate Slabs Only
All cookies, brownies and chocolate slabs are made and dispatched within 3-4 working days of placing your order, unless delays or fully booked status' are otherwise stated across the website.
You can place pre-orders for a future date, by simply adding a note at checkout with your ideal week commencing dispatch date E.G "please send this order week commencing 15th March".
Please read all details of the product listing before purchasing, as all items are made to order and cannot be returned without fault.
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Tracked Delivery, of which shipping costs are based on parcel weight and size. Once the parcel has been processed by Royal Mail you will be sent a confirmation of shipping email with your tracking number, where you can check for delivery updates via the Royal Mail website.
Postal Delays/Damages, Returns & Refunds
Although Royal Mail First Class Tracked services aim to deliver within 3 working days, by no means does Royal Mail note this can be guaranteed and therefore Wisteria Lane Baking Co. cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruption to Royal Mail postal services. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email with tracking number, please use the Royal Mail website for any queries you may have regarding the whereabouts of your order.
Although not often the case, it is possible that your order could become damaged whilst in transit under the care of Royal Mail. If you are unhappy with the condition of which you receive your order, please send us a picture of your received product and ship the order back to us in full within 3 days of receiving, so we can resolve the delivery issue with Royal Mail. We will instruct you on how to return the item(s) and refund your postage in full.
All products are personalised and made fresh to order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded without fault. In the case where an order has been placed in error and has not yet been made by Wisteria Lane Baking Co. an exchange or refund may be offered, however a processing fee will be charged.
Collections - Monday-Saturday Between 9am - 11am
All products are available for collection from the below address. If you wish to collect your order, please select "collection" at checkout and add your ideal collection date and specific time of collection between 9am-11am. Please ensure orders for collection are placed a minimum of 1 week in advance and check the "Unavailable Date/Fully Booked" page for unavailable collection dates before placing your order. If an order is placed and the collection date required is listed as unavailable or you have placed an order and selected "delivery" on products such as cakes/cupcakes that cannot be sent via Royal Mail, an exchange or refund may be offered, however a processing fee will be charged.
Once your order has been placed and payment cleared you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of the order and will be contacted again 1 day prior to collection with a reminder of collection address and any advice on social distancing measures in place.
