- Wisteria Lane Baking Co. is based at Park Road, Hertford, Hertfordshire.

WHERE DO I PARK WHEN COMING TO COLLECT?

- There is parking available on the road. Park anywhere you can find a space and walk the path leading up to houses facing the green.

 

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?

- No, all bakes are prepared and decorated at a registered home studio.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PRE-MADE CAKES READY TO PICK UP SAME DAY?

- No, all orders are made fresh to order and require a minimum of 7 days notice. In some cases, spare cakes/cupcakes are made and will be listed for sale via my social media pages.

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER VIA PHONE?

- You can contact us on WhatsApp Business, via 07752984850 to enquiry after available dates, pricing and design ideas. Payment however will need to be made via PayPal link.

CAN YOU ORDER CAKE TOPPERS ON MY BEHALF?

- Yes, any aspect of the cake can be ordered in on your behalf (e.g personalised cake toppers, balloon cake toppers, cupcake stands etc.) given enough notice is provided.

DO YOU DO DAIRY FREE/GLUTEN FREE/VEGAN BAKES?

- Cookies (dairy free, vegan available) & Cakes (gluten free available)

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

- You can find a full range of cake and cupcake designs: HERE where you can submit your enquiry and a price quote link will be emailed to you thereafter with the order details enclosed and deposit or full amount outlined for payment to secure the booking. Only once payment in part or full has been made are bookings entered in the diary.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

CAN COOKIES BE SENT OVERSEAS?

- Currently, our sugar cookies, brownies and cake selection boxes are available for UK wide postal delivery only.
