WHERE DO I PARK WHEN COMING TO COLLECT?

- There is parking available on the cobbled street just outside where station car park or parking within the station car park itself. A ticket will not be necessary whilst you collect your order briefly upstairs in the courtyard.

 

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?

- No, all bakes are prepared and decorated at a registered home studio.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PRE-MADE CAKES READY TO PICK UP SAME DAY?

- No, all orders are made fresh to order and require a minimum of 7 days notice. In some cases, spare cakes/cupcakes are made and will be listed for sale via my social media pages.

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER VIA PHONE?

- You can call (01920 460 688) to enquiry after available dates, pricing and design ideas, however a payment link to secure your order and supporting images for your order enquiry design will need to be sent via email.

CAN YOU ORDER CAKE TOPPERS ON MY BEHALF?

- Yes, any aspect of the cake can be ordered in on your behalf (e.g personalised cake toppers, balloon cake toppers, cupcake stands etc.) given enough notice is provided.

DO YOU DO DAIRY FREE/GLUTEN FREE/VEGAN BAKES?

- Cookies (dairy free, vegan available) & Cakes (gluten free available)

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

- You can find a full range of cake and cupcake designs: HERE where you can submit your enquiry and a price quote link will be emailed to you thereafter with the order details enclosed and deposit or full amount outlined for payment to secure the booking. Only once payment in part or full has been made are bookings entered in the diary.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

CAN COOKIES BE SENT OVERSEAS?

- Currently, our sugar cookies, brownies and cake selection boxes are available for UK wide postal delivery only.
