Cakes & Cupcakes - 
Your Initial Enquiry/Request for Price Quote 

​

Please note your booking request is an initial enquiry and a price quote link will be sent following your completed contact
form, with further information on how to secure your booking in the diary. The cake sizes in the product information
section of each listing shows the "starts from" pricing as a guide only and does not include decorations such as spheres,
personalised cake toppers and florals, which come at additional cost. If you would like to customise your order, please
add additional notes in the contact form and your price quote will be detailed and adjusted accordingly.

Your price quote will be sent via email. Please check your junk mail folder, if you have not received the email in your
inbox within 3 working days. Once you have received your price quote, payment can be made directly via the PayPal
link or via bank transfer, information of which will be detailed at the bottom of the invoice. You can pay the invoice in full
or pay an initial non-refundable deposit amount to secure the booking, however the full payment must be completed at
least 1 week prior to collection. The non-refundable deposits are held to secure the booking and block out a space in my
diary that will no longer be available to the rest of the public, covering costs should any unexpected cancellations occur.

The invoice will expire after 1 week or receiving it, if payment has not been made. Please note date/time availability
cannot be held during this time and you will be contacted if the date is no longer available and your payment link
remains unpaid.

Cake & Cupcake Collections
from Ware, Hertfordshire 
Tuesdays - Saturdays 9am -11am

All products are available for collection from the below address, Tuesdays - Saturdays between 9-11am only. A detailed description of the collection process can be found on your price quote/invoice, below and will also be emailed to you as a reminder a day prior to your agreed collection date/time.

 

You can familiarise yourself with the collection location via Google Maps before setting off to pick up your order or if you need any help, please email or call ahead of time to avoid late pick ups.
 

Collection dates/times are limited due to time needed to process your orders throughout the working day, being a small business, currently this restricts my availability for your collection slots.

In any event, should you no longer be able to collect your order at the agree date/time, please let me know and an alternative available collection date/time will be allocated. Unfortunately collection times post 11am and collections on Sundays/Mondays will not be available as an alternative, should you miss your original collection slot.

 

Once your order has been collected, Wisteria Lane Baking Co. is not responsible for any disruption or interference to the product whilst in transit or at your final destination. Please read the 'Cake Care & Cutting Guide' sent to you ahead of your collection and also provided as a print out on the product box, to ensure you have the correct measures in place to keep your order safe. These cake care suggestions are trialled and tested and will ensure your product remains fresh and intact until you need to serve it. Cakes/Cupcakes WILL require refrigeration, so space will need to be cleared to store your order correctly and avoid melting or collapse.

 - Upon your collection, please come up to the courtyard at Stewart Place, which can be accessed via the steps just outside the entrance to Ware Station Underground Car Park. Please call once you're downstairs in the courtyard and your order will be brought out to you boxed and labelled.

Cookie & Brownie Postal Deliveries

 

All cookies and brownie sets are available for postal delivery, via Royal Mail Tracked 24h Delivery, unless otherwise requested for next day delivery (available for custom invoiced orders only). The majority of cookie and brownie orders will be dispatched within 3-4 working days, with the exception of selection boxes and image icing print cookies, which require 5-7 working days processing. 

As each product is made fresh to order and customisable, returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted without fault of breakages in transit or incorrect product received. Should your order be damaged in transit a photograph will be requested and a replacement for the broken items only may be offered and sent out to you as soon as possible. If a replacement for any damaged items cannot be dispatched in time for when you require the product, only then may a refund be offered on the broken items, minus postage fees. If your order is delayed in transit, please use the tracking number provided to trace its latest location and contact the local depot for updates on delivery. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched on time, to the address provided the product is then under Royal Mails responsibility to deliver to you and Wisteria Lane Baking Co. cannot intervene with its location or delivery time. Should your item be delivered later than the 2 working day aim of Royal Mail, a claim will be submitted by Wisteria Lane Baking Co. on your behalf, by your request and you will be updated on the progress of the claim via email. Please note, in the case of delayed delivery, your postage costs may be refunded, however the product costs will not be refunded.

Products Made to Order
 

All products are handmade fresh to order in a registered 5* food safety and hygiene rated kitchen. A list of allergens will be enclosed on your price quote/invoice and a full list of ingredients will be provided on the box of your order upon collection. If you require further information regarding the products, production, ingredients or allergens, please email info@wisterialanebakingco.com.

Refunds, Exchanges & Credit Notes

​

Cakes & Cupcakes -
All orders can be secured by a non-refundable deposit amount or by making full payment within 1 week or receiving your price quote invoice.

 

Please note, as all products are personalised and made fresh to order, they therefore cannot be returned or refunded in full. However, in cases where an order has been placed and is no longer required (due to a cancelled event, an illness, change of mind etc.) a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required in any case. Only then will an exchange, credit note or partial refund may be offered, minus the cost of any elements of the order that have already been purchased and minus your non-refundable deposit amount and PayPal/Wix processing fee.

 

Any orders cancelled with less than two weeks notice (for any reason such as a cancelled event, illness or change of mind) will only be eligible for a partial exchange or credit note (both of which can be used to purchase a product from the website for an alternative available date). This will also be minus the cost of any elements of the order that have already been made or ordered, and minus your non-refundable deposit amount and PayPal/Wix processing fee.

Should your order need to be cancelled by Wisteria Lane Baking Co. for any reason, a full refund will be offered and an attempt to source an alternative supplier to fulfil your order will be made.

Cookies & Brownies 

All cookie & brownie orders are made fresh to order and personalised by phrase/colour/quantity and therefore cannot be returned or refunded without fault (e.g breakages in postal transit). 

​

Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason (due to a cancelled event, illness or change of mind etc) an exchange, credit note or partial refund may be offered, only if the order has not already been started/completed. 
Partial refunds deduct the cost of any parts of the order already made/fulfilled and minus non-refundable deposits and PayPal/Wix processing fee.

Should your order need to be cancelled by Wisteria Lane Baking Co. for any reason, a full refund will be offered and an attempt to source an alternative supplier to fulfil your order will be made.
