Cancellation Policy
All orders can be secured by a non-refundable deposit amount within 48 hours of receiving your custom invoice link or by making full payment (of which, in the event of a cancellation, your payment will be refunded minus deposit amount). Please note, as all products are personalised and made fresh to order, they therefore cannot be returned or refunded in full. In cases where an order has been placed and is no longer required (due to a cancelled event, an illness, change of mind etc.) a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required in any case. Only then will an exchange, credit note or partial refund may be offered, minus the cost of any personalised elements already made or ordered, and minus your non-refundable deposit amount. Any orders cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice (for any reason such as a cancelled event, bereavement, illness or change of mind) will only be available for a partial exchange for an alternative available date or product or credit note (both of which must be used within 6 months). Please note, any partial exchange or credit note will be minus the cost of any personalised elements already made or ordered and minus your non-refundable deposit amount.
